My name is Jordan.  I am a physical education teacher, hockey coach, and fitness enthusiast in Ontario, Canada.  I created this site to share techniques and tips for people that have a busy life but still want to be fit.

Why should you read my stuff?

  • BA in Kinesiology (not that important)

  • Continue to pursue personal fitness goals (very important)
